Download Audio Quality on iOS does not list any options.

We are receiving reports that the download audio quality options are missing for iOS users.

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this issue!

 

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone! Just make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
In case it persists after the update, clear the app cache data 🙂

I have the same issue (premium, iphone12, iOS 15.5) and my partner (Free, iPhone 12, iOS 15.5)

This is an interesting observation. Could you post a screenshot of the described and share some device setup information like brand/model and operating system? It is also important for us to know which version of Spotify you've installed on your phone.

 

Just to be sure, we're talking about a Premium account, right?

My phone isn’t letting me upload screenshots for some reason, but the screenshots people have posted are what’s happening with mine, I’m on version 8.7.40.1558

I have the same issue, screenshot attached. I’m using an iPhone 10 with the latest iOS, Spotify premium duo. Latest version of Spotify updated 4 days ago. I’m able to toggle audio streaming but not audio download and all the video quality options.

Same thing happening to me on an iPhone XS (iOS 15.5), hope it gets solved, it’s getting annoying

I have met the same problem. My Spotify is the latest version and my phone is iPhone 12 Pro max

Just to confirm, is this happening when logging in with a different device (e.g. phone, laptop)?

 

On another note, tell us if you see the same options when connecting your phone to another network (4/5G, WiFi).
