Downloading on Apple Watch stuck at first song

Hey folks,

 

We're receiving reports that some users are unable to download music for offline listening on their Apple Watches. The download is stuck on the first song and doesn't progress.

Spotify, you guys are worthless piece of shits on this earth. You can't even make this app work on apple watch.

So I found a solution that worked for me! I was mid convo with a tech support person so I'm not sure if its what she told me, or what I did but I'll tell you both.

 

She told me to start downloading a song from my watch, then close the app on my watch, then close it on my phone.  Then go back into it on my phone, then back onto it on my watch. Right after I did that, I then checked my wifi network and put both my watch and my phone on the 5g network, I was sitting on the 2.4G one. However I had switched them previously that day trying to figure this out.

Within a couple mins suddenly my watch started downloading again. Not sure if it was a fluke or what but definitely give it a shot! @goyongj
