Downtime 11.25: Account profile page fails to load

Hey folks, 

We've received some reports that users are encountering an "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again" error when attempting to access the 'Edit personal info' page (www.spotify.com/account/profile). The page does not load and the error appears immediately. All other sections under Account Overview are loading normally.

This is being investigated.
