Not a Sonos user but found this while trying to figure out why Spotify Connect all of a sudden does not work with my Audio Pro C10 that has been working flawlessly since I bought it a month or so ago. Just get endless Connecting... from two different Android phones and my Macbook, have restarted all devices, routers and reset the speaker to factory settings but still no luck. Since Connect is basically a big ball of magic, I have no idea if this could related to the same root cause?

I experience the same issues as Pagge above. None of my Audio Pro devices (C5, C10, LINK1) work with Spotify Connect. This was not a problem three hours ago. The Audio Pro devices work fine with other apps as i.e. TuneIN.

Spotify Connect does not work when launced from the Android app, the desktop app or from the web player.

I have reinstalled the Spotify app for Android, restarted all the Audio Pro Devices, restarted the router, updated Android OS, and reinstalled the Audio Pro app.

I have tried to run Spotify from a HP Elitebook with Windows 10 Enterprise, a Samsung S10 with Android 10, and an iPad (2019).

Same issue; started 5/31.

Connect isn't working with Sonos, though it can connect to each of my Echo dots with no trouble. I've attempted launching from Spotify, and from within the Sonos controller - neither works.

ioS: 14.6

Spotify: 8.6.30.968

Sonos: OS2, version 13.1

Anyone who can reproduce the connection issue with the desktop client, please run it with logging arguments, for example by default on macos:

/Applications/Spotify.app/Contents/MacOS/Spotify --connect-debug-level=11 --log-file=~/spotify.log

and message me the log.

Spotify no longer connects to any of my Sonos speakers through either iOS devices or Windows. All Sonos speakers are up to date. Anything can be done?
