Downtime 30th May 2022: Temporarily unable to use "Download your data"

We have received reports form users that they're having troubles with the Download your data function in their Privacy tab. Upon trying to download they are faced with a "Oops. Guitar string snapped." error message.  In addition, it seems multiple notification mails are being sent after trying to request the data for download.
