Downtime 7th Aug 2024: Issues with Spotify.com services

We've been seeing reports that users are unable to log in to the app, to their account page and to the Web Player. Some users who are already logged in may experience issues with streaming on the Web Player.

Good news - this should now be fixed! Make sure to refresh your browser/restart the app, should you still experience issues.

Whenever I try to click on a song or even a playlist, the song/playlist isn't working.

My Question or Issue

 Spotify not playing on Sonos or iPhone. Tried logging out/in, now unable to even log in or connect service to Sonos.

Was able to resolve by logging out of Spotify in safari, clearing cache and reconnecting to Sonos.

i had to make a new spotify account, but everything works fine now

Can play on my phone but can´t stream to any devices..

Ik ben zojuist overgegaan van duo naar gezins abonnement, nu wil ik andere gezinsleden toevoegen. Als het andere gezinslid de uitnodiging wil accepteren dan krijg je telkens de melding "no healthy upstream".

Dit met verschillende toestellen en ook op de pc.

I can now play music, but it still doesn't let me access my playlists
