Downtime 7th Jan. 2021: Issues with Playback, Login, Connect and Web Player

Status: Fixed

Hey folks,

 

We're currently experiencing some technical difficulties that could lead to potential issues with playback and using Connect and the web player. Some users may also have issues logging in or being unexpectedly logged out.

 

These are intermittent outages that we've identified and working to resolve. If you have had other issues with the mentioned services in the past, we'll be looking into them separately.

 

We're currently still investigating. If you're experiencing this issue, make sure to add a +VOTE and hit Subscribe from the three-dot menu in the thread for updates.

It is not fixed. My Galaxy S10+ will only play for several seconds without stopping.

Since our teams have done their magic to resolve the underlying issues causing this, we'd recommend reinstalling the app with the steps mentioned here if you're still having troubles.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, could you let us know some additional info about what's happening by starting a new thread in the related Help board? We'll be happy to take a closer look into this and help troubleshoot what's happening.
