We've received multiple reports regarding issues with activating, reinstating, upgrading any types of subscription. This is affecting different kind of subscriptions (Premium, Duo, Family, Student, etc...).
The error message is the following:

Error shows up on Macbook Pro and its on the macOS Big Sur version 11.2.3. The internet browser used was Chrome Version 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (x86_64). The URL link that the error shows up on is https://www.spotify.com/us/purchase/offer/default-student-hulu-showtime-bundle/ . I also tried doing it on safari on my iPhone 11 but it also showed up with the same error: "we're all mixed up" page.
Having the same issue. Trying to purchase premium before the promo discontinues. Spotify must not want people's money because I'm trying to buy premium
