Downtime April 16th: App and website not loading

We're seeing reports from users that the app isn't loading properly or that they're experiencing playback issues. Others report that they're having issues accessing the Support site.

 

This seems to happen both on mobile and desktop devices.

I can't read music, it stops at 4 or 10 seconds... the app on phone and laptop isn't working

I can't get into the website of spotiy or the app on my phone and computer. The problem has not been solved and it has been down for a long time now.

still issues for be too. Can't load anything on the app, playback fails.

Welp, I could not get logged in here previously, but can do that now, so that's a start. Apps on two phones, one iPad, and one Desktop still not working.

 

Can play music on Desktop, but really slow data retrieval everywhere. Keep getting the "Something went wrong. Have another go? Reload" messages on all devices.
