Downtime April 16th: App and website not loading

We're seeing reports from users that the app isn't loading properly or that they're experiencing playback issues. Others report that they're having issues accessing the Support site.

 

This seems to happen both on mobile and desktop devices.

how do I even use these forums if I can't start a thread? anyway 4:30 am (MT) 06 May 2025. There are no albums to display for any artist. I'm a premium student and my account is in good standing and I'm logged in. I can listen to the one album I was listening to last night. Would love to change to a different one. Thanks

For the past three or four weeks, I haven't been able to access artist accounts or albums, except for the playlists I have created or follow. This issue occurs only on my phone, while my PC and the Web app work perfectly. I can't listen to my podcasts at all, in the meantime, thanks to YouTube I can.
