Downtime January 26th, 2023: Issues with Spotify.com

Hey! We've received some reports that our website www.spotify.com is presenting some technical difficulties so some of our services like the web player are being affected. Our team is already looking into this. 

Edit: We can confirm that this isn't limited to the Spotify website. The Spotify app on different platforms is also affected.

Yeah, this problem is across multiple devices for me too. Windows 11 app, web version through chrome, iOS app...

Mine was the Android app not working or letting me log in at all. Mine is back up and running now!

All the apps cache songs you listen to or just heard - does not mean you can stream a few songs or no songs.

I am seeing the following errors when using the API - and of course music starts streaming while typing this. Nicely done NOC/SysEng/DevOps teams!

Hi I’m a premium user and I’m having difficulty using the app on my iPhone. The search isn’t working and it keeps saying

“something went wrong please try again. Code=30”

Sometimes will play fist 10 seconds

thought it was my wifi or service provider and restarted my phone. that didn’t work, so I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. I opened the app and clicked sign in with google and got this screen

I then went back to the internet in search of a solution and couldn’t open the main spotify website. The website displayed a white screen with black letters that read “jwks remote fetch is failed” I looked that up and it brought me to this website.

Yep. Also issues. Seems soo updated last night and is now completely unusable. Logged out and reinstalled app, now can’t even log in.
