We’re happy to say that users now should be able to log back in. If you’re still having issues, try restarting your device and also make sure to check out this Support page.
If you were able to log in, but can't see your library, it's possible that you logged in on a different account by mistake, so make sure to confirm your main account login details before continuing.

Locked out of Spotify.
Chromebook (not sure when was last update but no updates pending so latest update) and iPhone Xr (version 8.7.10).
FYI: Currently locked out on Mac laptop, both desktop app and web player.

I'm back in! Currently logged in & able in desktop app as well as web player.
IPhone app. I uninstalled the app and dowloaded it again. Signed in just fine after that, all my stuff still there.
Social aspects still seem to not be working. For example Friend Activity, and Blends show '? + ?' instead of user names.
