Downtime November 11th: Issues updating payment methods

Hey folks, 

 

We've received some reports form users that are currently unable to update their payment method, getting an 'Oops, something went wrong' error. 

 

This is currently being investigated.

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone! Just make sure your app is updated to the latest version.

 

If you're still having trouble, make sure to refresh the page a few times as this helps reset the cache. In case that doesn't work, you can post a new thread in the relevant help board here.
