Downtime November 16th: Spotify website and app down

Hey folks!

 

We've received some reports that the Spotify page isn't working and users are getting an error message when they try to open it. The app is having this issue as well. 

 

This is currently being investigated by the teams in charge.

When I go to Spotify on my desktop, it is completely black.

I can at least play music from my existing playlists, but it looks like the search feature is not available.

Desktop application:
1st had reload page error, then reinstalled and now I cant log in.

Phone application:

With wifi connected cant open any playlist or song
Without wifi I can

What is going on???

I reset my password and redownloaded the app but it is still not letting me log it
