Downtime November 18th: Spotify app crashing on iOS

We've received some contacts from users who are having issues with the app crashing. This seems to be happening on iOS devices at the moment. 

This is being investigated.

Did the clean reset like said, so far music is playing like normal, no crashes! Yay!

Clean install worked. No crashes and music is playing normally again

Ditto - since yesterday, even on downloaded playlists. Have to keep restarting Spotify and within seconds music stops. Not happy as a Premium subscriber.😒

Haven't noticed it on my MacBook as I've not streamed from there recently, but I have iPhone XR iOS 14.8.1

Please fix because I need my music fix! 🎶
