Hey @Clemfrancoise! Welcome to the Spotify Community!

It sounds like someone might be using your account. The steps from this article should help, could you give them a shot? Let me know how you get on.

Thanks and have an awesome day! 🙂

I have the same problem and no one is using my account!

I don't know what to do.

Hey @rafaelfernandes! Thanks for your post!

That's not cool! Could you check if any third-party apps are using your account without your permission? Also, just to be sure, I really recommend changing your password(s) and signing out everywhere on this page. Let me know how you get on! 🙂

Have an awesome day!

I am having the same issue and it is starting to really annoy me.

I have checked my third party apps I have the following activated: 2017 Wrapped, Shazam, Lithium community - production and support.spotify.com login. These look pretty legit to me.

also i have changed my password and logged out of all devices and i am still having the same issue. I am logged in using facebook though.

Hey @Brett87!

In that case, I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support here (or shoot them a DM on @SpotifyCares). They should be able to take a closer look. Let me know if there's anything else.

Take care! 🙂
