Duplicate Payments

Hi All

I pay my Spotify through my T Mobile phone bill however have noticed over last 3 months I have been charged 12.99 separately by Spotify (through iTunes) for months I already have covered? I have cancelled the subscription through ITunes now but could I be refunded for May and June and possibly July if taking the money out again this month?
