Echo does not recognize my playlist

I have tried all possible combinations and renamed the playlists, but the echo does not play from my playlists. What’s happening?

We'd recommend reinstalling the Spotify application from your Echo device. Also, let us know since when are you having this issue. We'd like to investigate a bit more.
