Editing playlist description

For some reason whenever I try to add a description to my playlist, it appears only on my account [until I log off and back on], and then it disappears. Does anybody have advice for this dilemma? Thankss!

Can you give us a bit more info on what's going on? What device, operating system, and Spotify version are you using? 

Also, how long has this issue been happening for? Does your description disappear if you view the playlist from a different device?

We'll see what we can suggest once we have this info.
