Equalizer issue on Android

I saw there was a post from 2013 and this is still not fixed. Whenever you start a song on Android for Spotify there is a brief volume spike at beginning of every song. This seems to occur on android no matter what device you use (tested on 5 different Android devices). This issue does not appear on iOS devices.

I'm shocked Spotify hasn't fixed this very annoying issue, considering how big of a deal it is.

Just to confirm, is this happening with an specific song? If so, can you send us the URI? Just right-click the track > Share > URI.

Also, have you tried to perform a reinstall? Just follow the steps here.
