Erasing my songs constantly

Hey, I'm a premium user and I'm just tired, I can't have my music offline. My offline music erases often and I can't enjoy the offline service, and I don't know why. Help please

Hey @Ares56! Welcome to the Spotify Community!

That's not alright. Could you drop your Spotify, OS and device versions? Also, could you follow these steps:

1. Head to your Account
2. Click on Offline Devices in the sidebar
3. Click on "Remove all devices"
4. Reinstall Spotify
5. Download your music
