Error

Status: Closed

Hi, I'm using Spotify Premium and I constantly get the message " An error occured Try Again". I deleted and reinstalled the app, i deleted some apps and photos even though I had 12GB free space but the problem keeps going on. I dont know what to do please help.

Please let us know the following:

 

  1. Device model and Spotify version.

  2. Operating system.

  3. Is this happening over WiFi or 3G/4G? (Try connecting through a different network to see if that helps)

  4. When did this start happening exactly? Was it after an update?

Feel free to add any screenshots, that'd be super helpful too.
