I RECENTLY CANCELD MY PLAN BECAUSE OF PAYMENT ISSUES SO I CAME BACK TO RENEW IT,THEN I TRIED RE ADDING ALL MY FAMLIY MEMBERS WHO WHERE ALREADY PART OF THE PLAN AND I ET A MESSAGE SAYING PLEASE MATCH THE REQUESTED FORMAT,EVERYTHING IS THE SAME FROM BEFORE,WHY IS IT DOING THIS ALL OF SUDDEN
