Family/Duo Mix doesn't show up

My Question or Issue

 

Family Mix! Doesn't show up on my spotify or my partner's Spotify. We have tried, computer and cellphone neither can find Family Mix!
Please do NOT link me to https://support.spotify.com/se/account_payment_help/premium_for_family/family-mix/ (That page does not tell me how to find my family mix playlist when its not existing.)

We know this was reported a long time ago and we set its status to Not Right Now, because it wasn't something we could resolve immediately, but it hasn't been forgotten.

 

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone! Just make sure your app is updated to the latest version.

Here you have little manual for FM, which I believe you've already seen. 

I'm not aware if there is a way to add members to the mix on web, so in your mobile app navigate to 'made for you' > 'family mix' and go to settings for it and chose manage members to add one. I can't guess which page gave you the tech error.

Hey @mike2060 - thanks for your help with this!

 

@Eskaraca - you should be able to find Family Mix under Search > Made for You tab (under the Genres section) > Even more. Alternatively, you can just search for it by typing "family mix" into the search bar.

 

Once it comes up and you've tried following the steps in this support article, do you mind letting us know if you're coming across any unexpected errors?

Tried all the options that you said and still not Family Mix showing up neither on iOS app or windows app. When going through Spotify website in ‘Plan details’, same error message about technical issues as reported by the user who opened this topic

Thanks for your reply.

 

I tried both ways, 1. could not find it on 'Made for you' tab and 2. could not find by typing on 'Search' field (in several devices --> W10, iOS and Android) --> attached pictures 1 and 2.

Additionally I followed the steps of the article you mentioned and an error appeared on www.spotify.com/account/family  (technical problemas please try again later), sorry all pictures are in spanish. I tried several times both on PC and mobile phone and result is always the same. 

 

Hopefully you can provide a solution.

Quick update for Premium Family members: it seems like you might solve the issue by being removed from your current Family plan and then rejoining it.

Thanks for your reply. Tried as you said and still not able to see Family Mix anywhere, neither PC nor iOS nor Android... I was able to rejoin Family Plan but not to Family Mix. I do not know if might be useful, but my wife is experiencing the same problem as administrator of the Family Plan.

 

Attached a couple of pictures.

 

Hope you eventually find a solution.
