My Question or Issue

 

Family Mix! Doesn't show up on my spotify or my partner's Spotify. We have tried, computer and cellphone neither can find Family Mix!
Please do NOT link me to https://support.spotify.com/se/account_payment_help/premium_for_family/family-mix/ (That page does not tell me how to find my family mix playlist when its not existing.)

We know this was reported a long time ago and we set its status to Not Right Now, because it wasn't something we could resolve immediately, but it hasn't been forgotten.

 

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone! Just make sure your app is updated to the latest version.

 

If you're still having trouble, make sure to post a new thread in the relevant help board here.

This problem lasted for a long time (I even chatted with Spotify support about this and nothing as changed), but checked right now and I already have access to the family mix!!

Hello @Katerina ,

My family still has this issue of family mix not showing up and this link is not working (keeps showing loading dots) https://www.spotify.com/nl/account/family

 

We have mobile devices iphone 6,8,SE on IOS 13.4.1 but IOS 13.3 versions also didn’t work and also some mobile android devices and windows 10 laptops.

 

Currently I have the latest spotify version (8.5.58) I expect my family members to also have this version or the version before this one.

 

We can’t find/have the option to join the family mix but some of us did have a pop-up with family-mix but couldn’t find it when they looked it up on the app.

We have seen the information on this page

But we don’t see this on our apps:

And we can’t find it via these methods:

I also tried leaving the family membership and rejoining it like @Mario suggested on page 2 of the comments and I tried reinstalling the spotify app but this also didn't work

I also tried joining via the link that was given in page 1 of the comment section by @tintin10q

But when I clicked on join nothing really happens beside the join button moving a bit as you can see on this video:

I Hope you can eventually fix this issue

@asibbald - could you share your device and the exact iOS and Spotify version? It'd be also very helpful if you could let us know if this persists when trying to join the Family Mix on a different device, or what you see when this happens.
