Family invites

Status: Closed
My wife is not receiving the email invite any of the 5 times I have sent her one. There is no support centre to call to discuss this issue and ensure that the change over between her premium account to the family account has occurred.

That's odd. Could you try to change the e-mail address where you're sending the invite to? No worries, you can still use the same account to accept the invite. Also, be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder, it might have ended up there. Let me know how you get on! 🙂
