Friend Feed Not Loading

On all of my devices, the friend feed will not load and Spotify gives me the error message, "Hmm, the friend feed failed to load, Try Again".

This issue has been going on for a month now and I have a very strong internet connection. I have tried reinstalling the program multiple times and clearing the cache already.

I'm facing the exact same problem on my devices since a couple of days !

On my custom PC tower running Windows 10 Pro x64 April 2018 Update (1803), I'm facing this problem (and also some issues with publicity I hear twice before being able to hear the music back).
No problem on my Microsoft Surface Pro 4.

On my MacBook Pro 13" Late 2012, which is running the latest version of macOS, 10.13.5, no problem !
