[Galaxy watch app] Spotify app on Galaxy Active 2 watch stopped working after latest Tizen update

My Question or Issue

After I updated my samsung watch active 2 to tizen 5.5.0.1 it can't open spotify when I tap on spotify app it will show spotify and keep loading I've tried reset my watch reinstall my app and it still didn't work

Still not working. I tried to uninstall the app on active 2 and redownload again thru samsung store and when everytime i click the spotify app it only keeps loading and can't download.

This is totally disappointing..!!

The same with me galaxy watch 3 this app should be fixed by now. I have had three galaxy watches and this is the worst. I'm think of switching to apple music and apple watch it's that bad.

Hi, the same for us. I have iphone XR and spotify stuck on my galaxy active gear 2. I tried everything- reinstalling, restart the watch.. and it’s stuck on this position

I have the same problem, with galaxy watch 3 which is brand new.

I think it has something to do with the notifications if you are using a running app at the same time. 

Which is what most people will be doing.

I have already changed from my old iphone Xr to my new samsung galaxy s20 fe and spotify app on my watch active2

work just fine now and it's work better than using with ios

same issue here. ios paired with galaxy watch3. after few weeks, still not a solution from spotify. i prefer spotify but if within  next membership renewal the problem is not fixed, i will change to tidal, which is working fine on my watch3.
