Gapless Album Clipping Between Tracks

This is a gapless album. During playback, the tracks clip, click and pop when playing one track to another. I have 'gapless playback' selected, and have tried all crossfade options. I am using Distrokid to distribute this album, and it is working fine on all other platforms. Spotify seems to be the only one where it is clicking and popping during playback.
