Half my Spotify premium functionality is not working

I purchased spotify premium on 14/08. I can:

- Make playlists

- Listen to tracks ad-free

- Choose specific songs and play them on demand

 

I can not:

- Press back on songs (e.g. go to previous song)

- Skip more than 6 songs an hour

 

This is frustrating and I would like a full refund for this loss of service please.
