It would be great to talk to an actual person one-on-one regarding issues with Spotify. It is impossible to actually resolve issues with the community post method. Several people have had and are having issues changing tracks when their iPhones are plugged into their cars, and despite the fact that there are posts about this issue dating back to 2012, a fix does not seem to exist. There needs to be a better way to communicate specific issues to customer support.
