I understand you were facing issues while you were using the web player and the desktop. Don't worry, we're here to assist you! Can you please test it again and tell me if this issue persists? Probably something was happening in the backstage but now everything should be working fine.

If any of you is still experiencing the issue, please try clearing the Hosts file with the steps shown on this thread.
If this doesn't do the trick, try using a friend or family member's account and check how the Home screen looks there.
In case the issue persists in the other account, send us the make, model and operative system of your device, and Spotify's app version. This will help us investigate further.
