How can I report an album that has an audio problem inside the service?

At first I thouight I was a mastering issue so I contacted the mastering engineer and he told me there was no problem on the recording, that after all he won a grammy because of that album. Went and bought the CD, bought some expensive hi-fi headphones and asked a friend for his amplifier and the recording was perfect.

Back again at the album in spotify, there's an annoying sound which (because I lack the correct words to describe it) sounds like some kind of static or electrical sound. How do I know this isn't BS from my part?, well, the singles of that album are there too and none of them have that problem, they all sound great and that sound problem which I described is present in the entire album in every single device I listened to it.

If you wanna hear it for yourselves the album is called "Hasta La Raíz" from mexican singer Natalia Lafourcade.

i just wanted to post in this thread to note that this issue is still happening! i also reported this a few months ago. it's very frustrating, the album is basically unlistenable because of this terrible audio problem 😞 hopefully someone can get ahold of natalia lafourcade's team and let them know that the album needs to be reuploaded, since the problem likely comes from rendering the audio with the wrong setting. the same issue seems to be present in itunes, though the tracks sound fine on youtube.
