Hulu account cancelled after signing up for bundle

We've had some users reporting that their subscription was cancelled after signing up for the Spotify Premium + Hulu bundle.

Why don't you give us a link to the contact form. I've wasted well over an hour now trying to somehow activate my hulu subscription. I'm no closer now--even after attempted help from someone in your chat support. If I can't get this going I will cancel Spotify all together.

1 - no need to be rude

2 - I think they removed this feature if you have a family account, which I was not informed of when I made mine a family account. Even worse, it WORKED for a while. :(

My spotify premium with hulu bundle cancelled my hulu account. Please help.

I just signed up a couple weeks ago for the Spotify and Hulu bundle for 9.99 a month. My services says that is what I have but suddenly no access to Hulu.

Hi, yeah I updated paymentethod and my promo with Hulu got canceled.  Now they're tellinge that I canceled my account, but I never did.  Just merely changedy card.  My auto pay is coming out on the 7th like it always has, so if I did cancel then why didn't my auto pay date change?  And why did you label my post as "Solved" and then lock it without solving anything?
