i did trial. canceled before 30 days. i was still charged. NO ONE TO CONTACT. THIS IS SO LOUSY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. GIVE PPL ACCESS TO A HUMAN. AND HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IM SO UPSET.
