I am attempting to add a family member to my family plan. I currently have members added alread

I am attempting to add a family member to my family plan.  I currently have members added already, but I need to invite the others.  I go into "Account," then click on "Premium for Family," but the screen where I should be able to invite memebers stays black.  I  cannot see the options where I can send an invite to my family member.  This has been happening for nearly a month.

Sorry to hear about this. Just to be sure, have you already tried inviting them using an incognito window? If not, give it a try and be sure to keep us posted.

 

If it doesn't help, try on another computer.
