I paid for it twice and nothing please help!!

Hey guys,
I have been verified for the student discount and everything but it still wont give me premium. I have signed up twice and it even took money out of my bank account twice. Not pending ir anything. Please help!!!!

Have you tried to check with other usernames or email addresses you might have? It'd also be worth a shot clicking the blue "Log in with Facebook" button. We just want to make sure if there are any additional accounts associated to you.
