Hi Spotify team,

i've found my spotify unable to play offine. moreover, all songs are not able to play.

I've reinstalled the APP for a few times, and i can only play one song normally after the -, then everything problem emerged again as before (unable to play songs: songs remained at 0:00 while playing; and ofcourese unable to download songs for offline mode as well.

is their any solutions to this? at least let me play these songs normally when using wifi or 3G ....

the version of my spotify app: 3.8.0.1169

the version of my iphone: 8.1.1

please reply and solve the problem ASAP or I might decide to cancel the premium function...

Just to check - are you following these specific steps on how to listen offline on iPhone? 

Also, if you're having issues syncing your tracks offline, please check the following.
