Improve Shuffle Algorithm

The shuffle algorithm weights songs recently added to a playlist way too much, so when I shuffle my main big playlist I always wind up hearing the same songs over and over again. Also, songs get repeated before the bulk of the playlist is selected. For example, the most recent song I added was the 4th and 37th song that came up today, despite the playlist having over 1000 songs. The randomizer needs to be more random.

I have been waiting for this issue to sort of fix itself, but I guess I should drop my two cents here as well: the randomizer definitely needs to be better, i.e. more random. For example, I have compiled a growing playlist of over 3000 of my favorite rock songs of all time, and especially on that list I can easily see the RNG is not very good.
