Incorrect family member name in family account

Until a few days ago I was the administrator of the family plan of my home, now my wife contracted a family plan and she after inviting me to the family plan saw the members of the family plan and noticed that I appear with the name of my niece instead of my real name (My account is created from my Facebook account). My niece belonged for a time to the previous family account that I managed, now she does not belong to this new family account, she was never invited or anything like that. I must mention that my name appears correctly when using the Spotify player on any of its platforms, the problem only appears when reviewing the details of the family plan (those that belong to the family plan).

That sounds odd. Can you let us know if restarting your device, or clearing the browser you're checking on's cache/cookies helps?

 

If you're still seeing the wrong member showing up in the Premium for Family plan after this, we'd recommend contacting Support.

 

They'll be able to look closer backstage, and work out what's happening.

Thanks for the reply. I tried the suggested, however it did not work, the problem persists, it was also reviewed from other computers (Laptops and Smarthphones) and the problem also appears there, even after cleaning the cookies and caches of browsers.
