Intermittent playback

web player app via google chrome 

 

Description:

highly intermittent gaps in playback, random across any track played. 

 

 

To reproduce:

  1. open app
  2. play any track
  3. wait

Workaround:

 n/a

 

Additional information:

 

I'm located in south London, UK.

 

problem occurring since Sunday

 

Monitoring download rate and its highly fluctuating as if there's simply not enough data coming down from the server fast enough. no other devices/download streams operating on my network at the same time. speed tests on my broadband check out fine and no issues whatsoever on any other chrome app game/program I use.

Thanks for the heads up and welcome to the Community.

 

Can you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing? If that doesn't help, can you try opening the web player on a different browser and see if it works?

Thanks for reply, testing 1 hour so far and it seems to have worked, but I'd like to understand how this has worked? It's the geek in me 🙂
