Jay Shetty podcasts not working

Hi, I am having a problem playing and downloading podcasts by Jay Shetty! My account allows me to play other podcasts and music. I have tried to clear cache, uninstall then reinstall Spotify and restarting my phone and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Hello!

I'm experiencing this same issue with Spotify version 8.5.27.957 on the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 on Andriod version 9. Its every podcast by On Purpose with Jay Shetty. They just don't play.

I am having the same problem. I have a Samsung Galaxy A30(android). Jay Shetty podcasts are not working.

I am having this same problem on Android (Samsung S9).  All other podcasts work. I have uninstalled the app, rebooted phone, reinstalled and still not working.  Just sits on "0:00".

I still have the same issue: 

It worked a week ago and was able to access a few jay Shetty podcasts. Since then, if choosing to play acts as if no connection and stays on 0:00. Other music works fine. 

Same internet connection - not working with phone network or WiFi either now.  Seems a little bizarre. 

I have turned iPhone on and off. Updated, Uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify. Logged out and back in. Still problem on phone.

Not able to play Jay Shetty podcasts on my OnePlus 5. 

When I choose to play Jay's podcast, it acts as if there is no connection and stays on 0:00. Works fine on my laptop. I have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify. Logged out and back in. Nothing helped.

I too am having issues on SSG 10+ latest OS.
Won't play or download. All other songs and or podcasts work

I'm having the same issue but on both my iPhone and iPad. I've uninstalled, reinstalled Spotify, restarted both and nothing. No other music or podcasts seem to be affected.

Hello. For the past couple of days, I am able to play any other podcast and any music. It appears the only thing that will not play is my favorite daily listen - Jay Shetty's podcast, On Purpose. I push play and it stays at zero. 

• Spotify version: 8.5.26.893
• Device model and OS: iPhone 8
• Which podcast episode is not working: ALL Jay Shetty On Purpose podcast episodes
• What error do you get?: No error - you can push play and it shows that you can push pause but no sound and it stays at zero.
