Keeps freezing on all devices

Spotify keeps freezing, wont let me change the song, does its own thing. Keeps saying spotify is not responding or not loading or something all the time on all my devices on the web player and on my phone. It works sometimes but most of the time it is freezing wont let me change the song and all playlist always take forever to load. It is not my internet becuase it happens on my work computer, home computer wifi, and 3g on my phone it is rediculous. For $12.00 per month for "premium" account Spotify should really fix these issues and get better software or something. Very angry I might even stop paying for this **bleep** if it doesn't get fixed.

It always says this like on the picture so annoying seriously for paid music you'd think you'd get better music player far out my free downloaded limewire worked better back in 2006.

We'd like to take a closer look at what's happening. Can you let us know which devices and Spotify versions you're using? Also, did this issue started happening after a specific update or event?
