LTE Not working on Nike Running Club

Whenever I have LTE data on, my Spotify playlists wont play through the Nike+ run club app. I have mobile data turned on for both Spotify and nike+ run club. Everything works fine on WiFi.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I tried rebooting and reinstalling Spotify with no luck. I am running iOS 11.4.1 and the latest Spotify. I cannot get LTE spotify to work natively in the Running App. LTE works on Spotify, but I need to toggle between the Nike App and Spotify for it to work. It works seamlessly on WiFi.

Have you tried removing offline devices as well as the Sign Out Everywhere option in your Spotify account page?


If that doesn't help, could you try reseting your phone's network settings?

You can do that by going into Settings > General > Reset.

I am having the same issue. Works fine on WIFI but not on LTE. Did the reinstall and resets described in this post and still same problem.

Having the same issue. Wifi works fine. LTE says Spotify isn’t connected. 


Same issue. I’m real close to switching to your competitor. It works fine with them. Please elevate and resolve this. 

Thanks to others for reporting the same issue. I have never been able to resolve and end up using a work-around to play music from the native Spotify app and toggle to NRC, but not ideal. Appreciate help to resolve
