My Question or Issue

Whenever I add songs to my queue, the last one doesn’t appear in the list. There is a blank space where it’s should be but I can’t interact with it and the only way to see it is by moving a song under it or adding a new song to my queue, but the new one in the bottom of the list is invisible too.

Hey folks,

Thanks for reporting this. We can confirm the tech team are aware of the issue.

We don't have a timeframe for a fix, but hopefully we'll have an update soon.

For now, we'd recommend keeping your apps up-to-date.

Thanks again!

The issue that you may be having is, queueing up too many songs will make them "not show up" but they are there but the list is too big for the app to show!

Good Luck!

I just messaged Joshua R. on Spotify Support and he helped me find a solution to this problem!! I tried deleting the app, restarting my phone, resetting network settings, and using a test account, but this is the only thing that worked. I’m on an iPhone 6s running iOS 12.1 and these are the steps I followed:

1. Go to Settings > Display & Brightness

2. Go to Text Size & change the size (1st being smallest and 7th being largest) to the 2nd, 4th, or 7th notch

3. Close out & restart the app, and it should be fixed!

Weird solution, but I hope this helped!!

Queue is still glitchy. I have done reinstalling again but when minimum font size is active some songs are missing in the queue.

As i mentioned above, reinstalling is not working. This issue gets fixed and occurs again and again which is really annoying. Aborting my Spotify subscription now.

Hey @ugurguven,

Could you confirm if:

  • This is happening while using Spotify Connect?
  • This is happening on different devices?
  • Have you made sure that their OS is up-to-date?

Thanks :)

The issue is not happening while using Spotify Connect and it is occuring on my both devices that i mentioned above. On both devices latest versions of iOS and Spotify are installed.

I can confirm that changing text size from 1 to 2 appears to have solved the problem for me.
