Liked Songs not synching or empty in the Desktop app

Hey there,

We've received reports of users seeing an empty Liked Songs collection on the desktop app.

I'm having this same issue, my liked playlist gives me a blank page (nothing but the currently playing bar at the bottom) as if it's still loading but other playlists are fine, samsung galaxy S21 5G android 12.  But from that same device from the spotify web page I have access to the liked songs playlist, issue is with the app, tried clearing cache, Uninstalled and reinstalled, issue only started today July 16th, hoping to find some solutions

So my when I go to my liked songs, it goes black on the screen but I can go to my other playlists

Hey there @Geekfam101 , thanks for  reaching out.

I've come across a few posts like this one so  let's see...

If you haven't already, could you try:

• logging out of your account and right back in
• restarting your device
• try it on a different device
• try a different network connection
• temporarily remove your SD card.
• make sure VPNs aren't causing it.

I hope it'll be resolved by those steps but if it's not, do get back to me so we can see what to try next.

I'm not able to open liked songs. Whenever I open them there is this blank screen.

I don't know what's happened but my issue is now fixed and all my liked songs are now showing on the desktop app with version:

Spotify for Windows
1.1.90.859.gf1bb1e36

I believe an update has fixed this

I'm having the same problem, my app is up to date I have tried reinstalling, restarting the device, it's visible on my desktop and Android TV, just not on my Android 12 Smartphone. I have posted an scr screenshot. Pls help

We're setting this issue to Not Right Now as we're not able to provide an exact timeline for a fix at this moment. However, rest assured this will remain on our internal teams' radar and we'll check back in here with a new status if we have any new information to share.

I'm on ios, but generally having issues with liked songs not showing up on the desktop app. I opened an album on the desktop app that I've listened to on the mobile app previously and there are no liked songs on the desktop app.
