Liking songs doesn't sync between the mobile and the desktop app

Status: Fixed

We've received reports that when liking song from the mobile app, it won't appear in the Liked Songs on the desktop app and vice versa (liking a song from the desktop app doesn't add it to the liked songs on the mobile app). This is being investigated.

this "premium" service is garbage. canceling after this month.

Hi

The syncing between the web player and desktop is not working properly, all the songs liked on the web player sync to the desktop but the songs that are liked on the desktop don't sync to the web player so when I like them again then it starts showing them differently instead of syncing

I use windows 10, Spotify's latest version

Hi,

Have an issue between W10 app and other devices all showing higher count of liked songs than the android app.
Redmi Note 9 Pro running MIUI 12/Droid 11
Windows 10 App holds 5038 liked songs on the playlist, Droid app 5014 - settings are to show even unplayable songs.

 

Since syncing seems to orient around the mobile app being triggered on and offline, any idea?
