Links turn on shuffle and play wrong track

My Question or Issue

When I click on a shared song link (from a text message), the app switches to Shuffle mode and takes me to the wrong track on the right album.

I turn off Shuffle, click another shared link and the same thing happens.

I have uninstalled, I have changed passwords, nothing changes.

This only happens with my mobile app... desktop is fine.

I have now uninstalled and reinstalled all instances of Spotify, still experiencing the same issue.

To reiterate - clicking on a shared link (from text or email) immediately turns on shuffle in the mobile app and plays a random track from that album or playlist.

I have the same issue. I am trying to create a Facebook ad to send people to one of my songs and when I test the ad link on my phone it sends me to the wrong song and has turned on shuffle. I'm assuming I am getting the wrong song because of shuffle.

Just started happening to me. I hope it gets figured out soon because I get songs shared to me constantly.

This should be fixed with the latest Android app version.
