I'm trying to access my account with my facebook account and i get this error message saying the pasword and username is incorrect.
It's a shame how you guys still let this happen. It's already my third time going through this.

Hello,

 

It seems that many people are having the same issue as yourself. Let me try to explain some options that may help you.

 

Firstly, try logging into Facebook before logging into Spotify through Facebook. (Log into your Facebook account at the website, then try through Spotify.)

 

Check that your internet connection is stable, if not try restarting your router. (Turn off power, wait 30 seconds then turn back on.)

 

Test if you can log in with a Spotify account, rather than a Facebook one. If you can log in with a Spotify one, and not a Facebook one, ensure you have authorised Spotify on Facebook.

 

I hope one of my solutions has worked for you, and that this matter is resolved soon.

Just to check, are you still experiencing this issue? If so, some screenshots of the error message you've been receiving would be extra helpful.
