Log in freezes up after signing

When I sign in after filling in info and enter the whole page freezes up.

Don't understand all the ###'s you want.
I was able to figure out how to do a live chat and we were able to solve
the problem. I haven't tried today to see if I can sign in or not. THE
PROBLEM WAS MY FIREWALL HAD BLOCKED THE SIGN IN. I OKED IT AND IT WENT
THROUGH JUST FINE.
